The Government Relations Association (GRA), the fastest growing association representing the lobbying, GR, fundraising, grassroots practitioner and public policy advocacy community, is privileged to announce the 97th "Meet the Member" event in our popular series. Please join us when we host Cong. Aaron Bean (FL-04) on Tuesday March 5th at 9:30am for a lively breakfast discussion.

Cong. Aaron Bean received a Bachelor of Science degree from Jacksonville University, and later began his public service as City Commissioner and Mayor to his hometown of Fernandina Beach in 1996.  He was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2000 and served for 8 years, and in 2012 he was elected to the FL Senate where he served for 10 years.  In the Senate he presided as Senate Pro Tempore, and as Chairman of the Appropriations subcommittee on Health and Human Services.  In the private sector he was president of Compass Bank in Nassau County for 11 years.  In 2022, he was elected to the US Congress and sworn in on January 2023 to represent northeast Florida's 4th district.
