The Government Relations Association (GRA), the fastest growing association representing the lobbying, GR, fundraising, grassroots practitioner and public policy advocacy community, is privileged to announce the 107th "Meet the Member" event in our popular series. Cong. graduated from Davidson College in 1985 and attended UNC School of Medicine as a surgeon in Urology and Renal Transplantation at the Univ. of Kentucky.  He is former president of the Eastern Urological Associates.   He served in the NC House of Representatives from 2015-2019.  In 2019 he was recruited to fill the seat of former Cong. Walter Jones who passed away in office after serving the constituents of NC for 22 years.  He is the only practicing surgeon in Congress, and co-chairs the House Republican Doctors Caucus.

House Veterans Affairs,
House Administration
