Meet the Member: Congressman Marc Molinaro (NY-19)

Cong. Molinaro is a lifelong public servant who got his start in 1994 when he was elected to serve on the Village of Tivoli Board of Trustees at the age of 18. A year later he was elected mayor of Tivoli -- becoming the youngest mayor in America, a position to which he was re-elected 5 times. He then went on to serve as Dutchess County legislator for 4 terms , and in the NY State Assembly from 2006-2011. He subsequently served 3 terms as a County Executive, and in a leadership role as president of the NY State County Executives Assn. In 2023 he was sworn in to office to represent NY-19 in the US Congress.
He currently serves on the key committees of:

House Transportation & Infrastructure,
House Small Business
